Tom is responsible for investment sales of retail, office and industrial properties. His strengths are in positioning, analyzing and implementation.

Background & Experience:

Tom began his career in commercial real estate in 1977 in the development of retail shopping centres for a grocery client. In the early 80’s Tom became involved with Morguard Investment Ltd. and managed their portfolio in Calgary and Toronto. In the 90’s Tom began working with the Pension Funds directly and assisted in the creation of the real estate goup of Greystone Investment. In the mid 90’s Tom engaged himself in real estate brokerage, having been a partner in JJ Barnicke and Colliers in Calgary and Seattle. Tom joined NAI Advent in 2010. He is the Broker for NAI Advent and is also licensed as a Broker in Washington State.
