Brody Butchart

Background & Experience:

Brody has been focused on industrial real estate since he joined NAI Advent in 2016, specializing in lease and sale transactions. Brody has helped negotiate the lease and sale of properties for a number of businesses while building long lasting relationships. He works on a top performing team at NAI Advent alongside Jamie Coulter and Kaile Landry. Their market knowledge and the ability to service clients’ needs have enabled them to work successfully with Tenants and Landlords in Calgary and surrounding areas.

Prior to joining NAI Advent, Brody gained experience working for the Calgary Flames in the Sales department and also worked at a local digital marketing agency where he was able to develop his customer relations and digital marketing skills which he now applies to his real estate endeavors.

Education:

Bachelor of Business Administration with the Mount Royal University, majoring in Marketing and minoring in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
