Jeff Beaucage is Vice President of Finance at Advent Investment Fund Inc., where he is responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating Real Estate investment opportunities and their associated mortgage financing requirements.

 Education:

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Administration Degree from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Background & Experience:

Jeff has over 30 years of experience in the areas of senior and mezzanine mortgage lending on Commercial Real Estate. He was previously Vice President, Prairies at a publicly traded mortgage investment corporation. Prior to this, he expanded his financial expertise in progressive positions with some of Canada’s largest financial institutions including Great West Life, Canada Life Mortgage Services, Manulife Financial and Morguard Trust. During his career Jeff has participated in more than $1 Billion of mortgage transactions. Jeff is also an experienced Commercial Real Estate Investor.
