NAI Advent Negotiates $4.65M Industrial Office Building Sale

Senior Associate, Luke Stiles, and Associate, Trevor Stack, from the NAI Advent team negotiated the sale of a 31,260SF industrial office building, in the Highfield Industrial area of Calgary, Alberta. The transaction totaled $4,650,000 or $148.75 per square foot. Luke and Trevor, acted as the facilitator in this November 2016 acquisition.

The industrial office is located at 1165 44th Avenue SE and sits on a 1.72 acre lot. The building offered 12 different bays that varied from 4,040 to 25,982 square feet. The bays were 70% leased at the time of the sale.
