Rick has over 20+ years of experience in commercial real estate and while specializing mainly in office leasing and investment sales, Rick has completed transactions in all facets of commercial real estate. Working with local, national and international clients, Rick has developed relationships on both the landlord and tenant side through the leasing and sales of hundreds of thousands of square feet.
His research and analytical abilities have allowed Rick to succeed and have helped him grow and develop lasting business relationships. Rick’s devotion to customer satisfaction and his continued to growth in the knowledge of the Calgary market have made him a welcome addition to NAI Advent’s Office Team.
